PHYSICAL OUTBREAK OF PUBLIC TOWARDS THE SAVIOURS DURING CORONA PANDEMIC

As the world fights to eliminate corona virus, many steps were taken by the supreme authorities  of various countries to stop its spread . But due to lack of sense, knowledge and  information some people in the community are spreading it intentionally and unintentionally.   Some people are  brainwashed to do such public gatherings in order to spread the virus so as to infect millions and to bring the economy down.

In such  situation doctors  and  the government are joining hands and spreading awareness about the virus. There were several videos of people who were diagnosed with the deadly virus were sharing  their personal experience about them being in ventilation and many of them described " its like their lungs have been filled with glass or brick sort of thing which makes them difficult to breathe". Even the doctors posted pictures of themselves holding huge pamphlets saying "I stay at work for you, You stay at home for us.".

Even on the digital platform many people are spreading fake news about corona virus which has resulted in  panic and chaos across various countries. Even due the misinterpretation of people after Mr Modi declared JANATA CURFEW, people started panicking and rushed to their nearby markets to buy the stuff for nearly 6 months whereas the prime minister mentioned clearly in his speech that markets and all will provide their services and will not be closed. The Central Government has appointed the Cyber Cell to take strict action against such violators during the pandemic.

In Indore, a team of medical professionals were attacked with stones. The medical team had gone to the locality to check a Coronavirus suspect. However, locals gathered and started pelting stones on them. Due to this the health workers ran  away to save their lives. The miscreants also broke barricades. Police has registered the case and taken strict action against the miscreants.
Another incident, the markaz of the south Delhi neighbourhood organised a Tabligh-e-Jamaat, where at least 2,000 people, including foreigners and Indians from across the country, attended the gathering. After the meet, many residents of the centre started showing symptoms of Covid-19 and orders were given to locked down the area but the authorities feared that the virus must have spread during the time. Their assumption was correct as the coronavirus victims started to increase in various states in India and most of them had attended the meet. Due to the negligence of public gathering, case has been registered against Maulana Saad, the preacher who led the Tabligh Jamaat meet and others members of the meet
Health workers are not only suffering from the stress of taking care of sick patients while facing shortage of personal protective equipment  and rapidly changing hospital rules. They are also compromising their leisure time with their relatives and family members. Many doctors and nurses pictures were shared in social media which depicted their stressful shifts, they were talking about the lack of protective gear which is forcing them to wear diapers for 2-3 days, they have to wear several layers of protective gear to stay safe, some scars could be seen on the faces of the health workers due to continuously wearing them. It's been ages since they have seen their children and parents.
There were instances during the pandemic where these health workers became homeless as their landlords saw them as a threat as they treated corona virus patients. Landlords started to throw them out of their rented homes. Many problems were faced by the family of health workers when they go out to buy vegetables, etc.
Even policemen are spreading awareness by wearing corona virus portraying helmets, riding on horses painted with corona virus emoji and telling the lockdown violators about its side effects. They are even using their laathis and confiscating the vehicles of the offenders who with no reason roam on the streets. They have gone to such an extent that they are folding hands and pleading the offenders to strictly follow the curfew orders. What else can they do? After such a ruckus day they stay away from family members when they reach home, where they eat and sleep alone. It's not that all policemen are wrong, sacrifices are made for a better tomorrow.
What we give in return to them is hate, abuse, pelting stones on them, etc.. If they can compromise such things for us cant we as the responsible citizens play our roles in supporting them?
